I don't know if this is important to you, but you've posted incontrovertible evidence that, as a matter of policy, Planned Parenthood holds that teen *abstinence* is best, and that their public youth educational campaigns have always been consistent with this policy.
It's funny how much reality can go down the memory hole after twenty years of propaganda.
