number 3 is to much like os 10. i dont think they would be allowed to use the dock style, and i dont thionk they will stray from the pop up menu either

This is obviously untrue because 7 is in development at this time and is not even close to reaching the final copy or beta copies.

This concept wasn't the final copy of 7. Thus, 6.1 is the first step towards the completion of 7 itself.
