I am not surprised. EVERY rescue organization wants an arm, leg and a second mortgage to adopt. Well, screw you. Thanks for nothing. I bought a puppy rather than being jerked off by another "rescue". The Palmdale people should be jailed. BTW, thanks for helping to control animal overpopulation, crooked rescue organizations.

most of those dogs are american akitas and some are japanese akitas. FUCK THOSE PEOPLE THAT ABUSE AND THAT KILL DOGS!

Akita is great, special, gifted dog. all you have to do is let them be, and press easy training. I say that because I own a black wolf/german mix, almost the same - they love the owner, will kill for the house, and do not listen - very independent and love kids and people outside the house ( not in it ), thus please make Akita a pick, not must have. Black wolf, Akita, Husky are all wolfs not pets

It is easy to make a video to show any point you want to make. I am not defending the final situation but I do know some of the people involved and they ALL love dogs.
I personally adopted two dogs from here a few years before the seizure.
This was a tragic thing that happened, but please don't be too quick to hate the people involved.
All the dogs at this shelter found homes and none were destroyed.
