Incorrect. "The Big Break In" was the episode where they shrunk the Technodrome into the size of a baseball. The episode shown from 0:32-0:44 is "The Big Rip Off". That's where Bebop and Rocksteady were sent to energy modules from a hi-tech science lab. Shredder manages to reprogram the robots from the lab, and lock April in an airtight vault.  Just thought you might want to know. :)
