Mass Effect 2 Suicidal Suicide Mission (Intro)

I have replayed Mass Effect 1 and did a VERY quick runthrough *only main plotlines touched, even completely ignored Wrex* of a full renegade male Shepard *he was very asian in ME1* just to see how "badly" the ending of ME2 can turn out to be so here it is:

there is absolutely NO upgrades done, other than the sniper rifle for Legion

only 4 characters are "Loyal"
- Garrus and Legion because they're my favorite chars
- Tali just so I could bring Legion into Flottila *that was very fun*
- Miranda just so I can romance her

and I got them Loyal because I had to do some missions in order to "enable" the Turian Distress Call Mission. in other words, I did the bare minimum possible to progress through the game.

Here's how it turned out.

This is right after the crew of the Normandy SR-2 got abducted by the Collectors, and you playing as Joker:

*that was another playthrough, but it's exactly the same, only Joker says "him" instead of "her" this time around*

First Playthrough was with a Female Shepard, full Paragon, and did as much side quests as possible, and ALMOST all upgrades available. *realized somehow missed the Geth Pulse Rifle... maybe will do another playthrough with the saved ME2 char and a new face? we'll see!*

This is the second Playthrough *quick version* with a Male Shepard *called him Krej... or Jerk spelt backwards =b* who is the complete opposite, done all the contrary choices *except romancing Liara* and avoided as much sidequests as possible. Will keep the save for when ME3 comes out to see how all these choices impact the "future"

Please help me anyone,this mission is avaible to me but tali and jack arent loyal to me,i sided with Miranda and Legion,i completed all anomalies but still dont have enough paragon to make them loyal again,my bar paragon bar is level 3 how do i pass to 4?
