Focus changes to show cutaway views through bubble/liquid interface. Moving coacervates were produced by mixing 1 part egg yolk to approximately 2 parts Red Cabbage pH indicator solution (almost cover leaves with water then heat on low up to one hour to remove pigment). The pH colors are red=acid, blue=neutral, green=base. Steady yellow should indicate egg yolk.

Enlargement around 1600x (homebuilt system).
