Some might question if this is an accurate portrayal of how the Clinton camp operates. Of COURSE not. The Clinton campaign would never gather peaceably in one room, they apparently all hate each other.
But if there is any doubt whether they are above the tired hack practice of drawing attention to an opponent's weak spot by invoking it in apparently unintentional ways, check this out (at 3:55):

Some have made compelling arguments against the likelihood the Clinton camp intentionally altered Obama's image...but it's an odd argument that assumes anything in campaign commercials happens by accident. Check out the debate, judge for yourself.

The title of the video refers to George Lakoff's "Don't Think Of An Elephant," a wonderful book about language and politics. Check it out if you like things that are good. Otherwise, pass.
Yeah, like when Bill Clinton started comparing him to Jesse Jackson in SC and when her campaign put out pictures of him dressed as a Somali elder...
Also, you may want to reconsider your sources. The New Republic is about as biased as it gets. Op/Ed pieces are not factual, but politicos treat them like crack.
I could tell you that the guy who wrote that article is an idiot, but would you believe me? What if I got it published?
Is it possible she's just really bad at this?

The Clinton campaign is *unbelievable.* Ferraro comes out and says that Obama has gotten an unfair break by being black, and Clinton pretty much agrees.
Newsflash: Ferraro said the same thing about Jesee Jackson in 1984, and would say the same thing about *any* black person--that they don't really deserve their achievements--that they're affirmative action cases.
Disgusting. Go vote for Clinton if you, like her campaign, feel that "the blacks" have all the advantages. If not, vote Obama.

This video uses lies and distortions to accuse the Hillary Clinton campaign of racism, a continuation of a vile tactic used by Obama and his supporters. The Clinton campaign could only lose by injecting racism. Further, the Clintons are not racists and would never use a racist message, but Obama would and did.
