    are you sure about that, the only things optimized for macs are software that apple created for it and a few other 3rd party programs. Most developers will notice that there are way more people running windows than Macintosh. The reason you think macs run better is because you have seen benchmarks on macs that are brand new with the latest hardware compared to older windows computers.
