do shit loads of broomstick reps at ur house and then do just the bar 100 times when u get to the gym before you put weight on

Here is my suggestions. i train olympic lifting myself.
1. Always keep a streight back.
2. dont lift with your arms. Back and legs has to do the job. That means your arms should be exstended.
3. look upwards, when you start lifting, that helps you with a more tight back

got to get an arch in your back.

Use more elbows make sure their almost vertical to the ground. That makes you focus more on the legs and forget the arms.

let the weight down on your shoulders then bring it back up, try not to bend your back when you lift, or put the weight back down. Rubber weights are great for form correction. (:
