one piece of advice. don't use old resistance bands! as the rubber gets exposed to oxygen it looses its elasticity, and if you're using an old band and you go to push down with your leg and the band snaps. its heading right for your face and its gonna hurt. personal experience just passing it on. heh

Wow I think this techniqe might really help you do the splits Maybe I will try it when I find a bamboo stick like that Are thoughs bands sold at like.. Home Depo or something? Thanks!
