  • I have had lower back pain probelms most of my life, but these methods have improved a lot for me. Back pain is rare now and my techniques in TKD are improving. Thanks a million

  • one piece of advice. don't use old resistance bands! as the rubber gets exposed to oxygen it looses its elasticity, and if you're using an old band and you go to push down with your leg and the band snaps. its heading right for your face and its gonna hurt. personal experience just passing it on. heh
