This may not be necessarily LOW CARB but it does talk about some interesting items about the eating fresh and unprocessed items - as we know this is truly important with sticking to a low carb way of life! You are going to also see Gordan Ramsey of Hell's Kitchen fame in a cameo but he is working with the enemy! Perhaps Gordan's portrayal of always choosing the best foods are BS!...here is a description from the show

Northern anarchist Alex Riley goes in search of the most
disgusting thing he's ever eaten, and finds it is not as
straightforward as it seems. He discovers manufacturers
with ingenious ways of transforming poor ingredients into
something that looks and tastes like good food. He unearths
hidden horrors, from substitute cheese to beef connective
tissue, and even creates and markets his own crap food.

  • @disconsolatebliss It is a test to see how easily this crap can attract people.

  • i not going to eat subwat ANYMORE

  • If this documentary is made with good intentions such as preventing people from buying such unhealthy foods, then why is he trying to introduce an unhealthy crap food into the market just to 'win' some crap competition?

  • i bet this guy is a virgin

  • I like how he keeps suggesting for him to try it

  • I think this is a pretty great way to show how the food business works. Love this.

  • Asda make shitty cardboard products just like Tesco's own brand, they are full of crap. Product and people alike.

  • but what could they do?, the instant they actually ban a product, decelopers come up with a new one, and so on

  • thank you thats the nicest thing anyone has said to me.
