"When Will You Come Home" was aired a couple of times around 92/93- defiantly after G500 was disbanded. ...While it surley wasn't anything significant its still no real surprise to me considering the connections Wareham had throughout the youth of his musical career (including Lou Reed).

Galaxie 500 should be remembered as one of the best bands to come out of the 1980's. Period.
Geniuis subtle but cosmic guitar, not-too-flashy rhythm section, great melodies and great lyrics, but delivered in a wholly unique way. We won't see another band like this for a while.
