Kingston canal death scene at night

A video shot at night, under similar circumstances to the early morning of June 30, 2009, when a car carrying four women is believed to have plunged into a canal at Kingston Mills. The women were found dead later that morning. On July 23, 2009, Kingston Police charged three members of the Shafia family of Montreal with murdering the four, who were members of their family. The video demonstrates how remarkably dark the area is at night, fueling the debate about how a car could accidentally end up in the water at this spot.
