Pencil ANIMATION gif thingy1

Ya so fiddled around with a gif file http://photobucket.com/image/gif/oOHInaT4Oo/Hinata%20Hyuga/Anime%20Gif/443347... and got this. This is number one (slower .250) because I am testing different durrations in WMM...but he looks all distorted cause my scanner like took off the straight edge border I had around each picture but anyway... I don't even know why I explain this, it's 27 seconds of the same animation...but it's my first so I'm gonna put in on youtube for the world to ignore =D... So if I get more than 10 views...WTF PPL

how did you do this, did you do draw differnt stages of the animation then upload it to your comp and like i dunno play them on a programme at a certain speed one after the other, i really want to create and animation
