I traid playing the PS2 version on my laptop with a Imulator and it's a hundred times slower than this.

Well, this game runs at 60fps when I'm not recording meaning it runs at turbo speed when on turbo and normal speed when on normal.

I know Resident Evil 4 and Devil May Cry are both made by Capcom and around the same time, so is that why they look so much alike? Of course the styles are different, but the same look is to both of the games.
