I think it is hateful to repeatedly say that being gay is wrong, because (a) they've already made it clear that they think so and now they're just harping on it; and (b) they do immeasurable psychological damage to vulnerable gay youth by hammering the message in place that their love is sick, perverse, and shameful, and not something to be celebrated but something to be suppressed; and (c) their position relies strictly on their religious teachings, which many people don't believe.

It's all good for him to have his views and cater to whatever groups he wants. I have the right to boycott his establishments because his views are not in line with mine. It's not an issue - he has the right to believe that marriage is defined to whomever he wants to define them to. That seems to be popular today - to go against normality and believe that there is some semblance of normalcy to same-sex marriage or homosexuality - There is not - it is abnormal behavior anyway you slice it.
