  • The best amp crate has ever made....and thats not saying much. If you want a good versatile head for about 300-500...look into the Peavey xxx.

  • love the megadeth

  • I bought a Crate Blue Voodoo 120H in 1998 with matching cab. I used it to gig in many biker bars, college bars, parties, concerts, and clubs. A few years ago I replaced the Groove Tubes and put in Russian power tubes and British pre-amp tubes. Monster gain with new tubes.

  • cannibal corpse riff good shit man

  • this amp, was not bad at all tone wise when i owned it back in the day... i traded it tho b/c of its size and distortion. went from that to a jsx, to a 5150 :)

  • i don´t know but when he turns to channel boost i suppost he ´ll play metallica´s Master of Puppets

  • Well do you think this amp is great for thrash? Like Megadeth, Metallica,Warbringer,?

I like the sound of a marshall but I also like the gain for a mesa.

  • everything has beautiful cleans at low volume... its how it holds together higher end.

Thats why fenders are the classic "clean". They take a LOT to break apart and distort.

Love the phase effect from the camera mic! :D
