@absolutblue Yes, it does go fast! I made this video when I didn't understand how it works. I need to make my new ones slower and without so much movement.

Yes, I agree it is too fast! My apologies. I'm not very knowledgeable about making videos. My next one will be better. I would encourage you to use the pause button to have an easier time reading certain parts. Sorry!

where the hell did you get 1200 calories from?
everyone is different, so there's no such thing as one size fits all in diet or calorie intake.

Yes! You are absolutely right. Everyone is different and there is no such thing as one size fits all. I shared this video to encourage viewers to NOT restrict their caloric intake too low. Most people, but not everyone, needs more than 1200 calories even on a weight loss diet.
