I'm a Brit who was backpacking in Aus in 1991/92 and I remember watching this in a hostel in Coolangatta. I was blown away by both the quality of the football and the biffo. The battles between King Wally and Geyer are etched into fond memories for me. Brilliant to see some of this again. I live here in Aus now and I am a citizen. I love this fucking country!!! Good post.
