Lip syncing is what a lot of major big name acts do for concerts like this, this woman is SO talented to be able walk into this kind of show and not only pull her weight but in my opinion blow the crowd's mind.
She was nervous in the first 15-20 sec, you can tell that at first she was nervous, but as soon as she felt the groove and energy of the crowd behind her, she opened right up and relaxed and did a great with the live vocals which added tremendously to the feel of the entire show

saugac03: Sure, she lost some weight over the past few years, but that's because as a singer, you can't eat junky stuff. Junky stuff with fats and oils and irritating things really screw your throat up. That, and I'm sure you get a good workout jumping on stage. :)
I still consider her as healthy... Don't know what your standards of fat are if you think Sharon's scarily skinny.
