Film of the 5029 Nunney Castle, a GWR 4-6-0 "Castle" class locomotive, seen here during the West Somerset Railways "Late Summer Weekend" Gala as it departs Bishops Lydeard railway Station.

The following text is the write-up about the 5029 in the Gala's programme guide

"Built at Swindon in 1934, "Nunney" took it's name from a castle in North Somerset. It spent most of its working life based at Old Oak Common depot in London until the late 1950's when it moved to Shrewsbury. After that it had spells at Newton Abbot and Plymouth Laira before being withdrawn from Cardiff East Dock in December 1963. After that it had its time in Barry Scrapyard, emerging in 1976 when it was purchased by the Great Western Society at Didcot. Since restoration was completed in 1990 it has been a regular performer on main line excursion work"
