This was filmed Saturday June 6, 2009 at the Fleetwood Country Cruize in London, Ontario

now please note i am not a expert on either vehicle, but i tried my best, if anyone has some more info, or wants to correct my info on these two vehicles please let me know in the comments, and send me a link in a Personal message, and i will correct anything,

anyways this was a nice display, and i was getting short of breath by this point of the day, as i was trying to rush to this part of the show, as i knew it was getting late in the day, and they were packing these cars up! but luckily i caught these two Titans of 1930s Luxury, before they were loaded up, anyways RM Auctions is famous automotive auction company, and there founding headquarters is in Blenheim, Ontario, which is not far from London, i have actually been to there facility, and the place is amazing, as they also restore these high end cars there, and its just amazing to look at such rare pieces, and its even more amazing to look at there price tags! i guess i can only dream!

  • Aw man, two of my favorites!! $500k + in autos sitting there!

  • @yooperd might even be closer to $1 Million! let alone what they already loaded on the trailer!, all i can say is i would hate to be the truck driver! i would be nervous with such a valuable load!

also the Duesenburg is a favorite of mine, the V-16 Cadillic is also nice, but the RM headquarters is something else, i visited there facility a few years ago, they also restore and store classic gems like these! its quite the facility, and thanks for commenting

  • Cadillac needs to reassert its regal ... err ... emperor status in the automotive world, fast; and, while the CTS-V rates stellar engineering-wise, its ugly-step-sister looks-carry-anger-n-angst to new levels ... but, too, ushers in a new generation of V-16 road-masters that should rampage soon enough in the minds of mice and men: a proud lineage boosting 6, 8 and 12 as well as august unique 16 cylinders history promotes Cadillac easily to a serene throne ... if it would only re-don its crown!

  • Cadillac needs to bring that concept v16 they have out since 2003 into production. I cant wait for it to go into the possible XTS sedan! Both of these are AMAZING cars!

  • The Duesenberg Clock is unique.

Jaeger LeCoultre gold plated 11 jewel 8 day movement.

One is for sale on eBay right now

  • another reason why I want to be rich...

  • I would like to have a 1929 Cadillac like that

  • Thanks for responding with this vid, Brent...truly beautiful classics! :) Jack

  • Hey, Brent! Fantastic cars...I visited the Auburn-Cord-Dusenberg factory/showroom in Auburn Indiana...I would recommend it! Imperial Palace had a room full of Dusenbergs! Durham was probably a custom coach builder, the usual senario was Dusenberg supplying a chassis, and the customer getting the kind of car body that he/she desired from the custom coach builder. Fleetwood built them for Cadillac, near Reading PA! Money was no object, even during the heart of the depression! Great vid!

    Jack
