Tried to amend my carnivorous habits.
Made it nearly seventy days,
Losin' weight without speed, eatin' sunflower seeds,
Drinkin' lots of carrot juice and soakin' up rays.

But at night I'd have these wonderful dreams

I find that music today is mostly about the girl that got away or partying or general debauchery, but this song is great because it's so simple. It's about a man with a craving he just can't ignore. This is real music.
