MW3: SCAR-L Suppressor Play

The Suppressor is a valuable attachment for more tactical game-play. The suppressor or "silencer" has two major PRO's, but one rather large CON.
The suppressor is unlocked on the SCAR-L and other Assault rifles at WEAPON LEVEL 5. The silencer is a great attachment due to the fact that it A: Reduces muzzle flash (This often comes out with better accuracy and more control when pinning the trigger)
And B: When firing, you do not show up on the radar. Couple this with some perks like Blind Eye and Assassin and you can get yourself a stealth class.
The major drawback of the silencer, however, is that it reduces the range of the weapon. It will definitely take more shots to kill at a distance.
Overall, the silencer is a great thing to add to your gun for early on combat, and generally getting used to the gun.
