You asked for gluten-free, we delivered! For Tweason'ale, our first new 12-ounce 4-packs in nearly half a decade, we replaced the classic barley foundation of beer with a mild sorghum base. The hints of molasses and pit-fruit are balanced by vibrant strawberry notes and a unique complexity that comes with the addition of a malty buckwheat honey.

  • Sam, I'm so glad I found you guys on youtube, I love these quick sip clips! Proud Delawarean here, love what you guys have done for the US microbrewery scene, I remember having some sips of beer at your brew pub years ago, I feel like it was one of the things that started me down the path to drinking delicious brews.

Keep pioneering, I'll keep buying DFH!

  • Thanks, @koollama. Glad you like our Quick Sip Clips. As you can probably tell, we have a lot of fun making them. Keep drinking the good stuff. Cheers!

  • Hey guys my boozer finally got the Tweason and I am on my third bottle tonight. Good stuff and keep it coming. I am also gluten free, and it is about time a proper gluten free ale is available. Thanks for making it!

  • I have been gluten free since 2007, and I have tried many gluten free beers and have yet to find one I actually like. I am ultra excited for this one!

  • What koollama said! Cheers!

  • more videos!

  • I am extremely excited about this i have celiac and been gluten free since 2008 (early in college) and beer has been a PITA. found some good ones but they are really expensive or harder to come by and a lot of bad ones that are still pricey for what they are. Can't wait to try it, never got to try any of your stuff before going GF but your reputation is very good so i expect it to be a good beer.

    thanks!

  • Nice! I know a number of friends that are always looking for gluten-free beer. I will have to let them know. BTW, nice job!

  • Sam, you have made the beginning of the year start out with a bang, I recently had to go gluten free and although the diet sucks, I can live with it, but not with ho hum beer man, no way, you guys are the ONLY brewer I trust in putting a heart felt effort into making a gluten free beer! I have tried about 95% of your beers and have yet to dislike one, I know this will be awesome! can't wait! Thanks for keeping us in mind and im glad I was one of the few that requested gluten free and was heard.

  • i'm excited would really love to taste...as a brewer just curious why not call it what it is...which is a mead. I make a carbonated/hopped mead...was marketing it as a mead talked about or just the fact that you were shooting for a gluten free 'beer' that it ended up this way...thanks

    dan
