@PoKeMoN2k6 u have to have the action replay triple check tht the code is rigth ( look for the code in the description) then press L+R then when u talk to him he should say YOU TOOK TO LONG UNACCEPTABLE here is ur mewtwo of he says after tht if u have to many pokemon inj ur bag then go deposit one then go back and accept it again and u have a mewtwo lvl 20
