@TroyJoseph100 They have cracked down on the process due to misuse and fraud. The government changes the laws frequently so it only works for the rich. Been there done that a few years back. Discharged debt through the Treasury Department. Basically, A4V is used like a bankruptcy, except instead of not paying your bills you pay/discharge through your account. Be careful and don't spend a lot of money buying information. Look at it this way, if you found billions would you tell the world...no.
