@MasaruKato82 Actually, the fat Megaman was supposed to be a joke character that would come out with these new games, but since they never happened everyone are being more butthurt over it than ever. I mean, it does look like a huge "fuck you" now.

@MasaruKato82 How am i wrong? because they decided to put in a couple of gimmick characters? and that so once of them happens 2 be megaman. First you said he was never like that, which he was on the box art and no you say they arnt changing anything. Well they are at least how he looks like in this game. Its pretty obvious why capcoms doing this as they are done with megaman for now they scrapped his upcoming games. And 2 out of the masterminds behind megaman are gone

They're not "changing" anything. Fat, pathetic, ugly Megaman is not part of their future projects for the Pac-Man franchise. Obviously.
It's not about fans being angry because of Capcom choosing a new direction.
It's about fans being angry because Capcom deliberately wasted resources solely to give a literal TAKE THAT to those neglected fans.
I don't really like defending obnoxious Megaman fans, but if you keep being THIS WRONG, I have to.
