President Clinton reflects on the greatest economic prosperity in American history and congratulates Congress and the American people who made it possible. He describes the strength of the American Union with great confidence, moving forward into the 21st century.
@billyguns
Clinton the worst president?? That's laughable. He was an articulate, intelligent, and bold leader. We amazing levels of peace and prosperity when he was president. We had balanced budgets and were actually paying down debt. I'd put Clinton in the top 10 best presidents without a doubt.
Tyler and Washington were both erratic slave owners.

@nyyankees033 No I haven't forgotten Bush Jr. GW was one of the worst presidents, but Clinton was the worst person ever to serve; I am able to make distinctions. It's been decades since we've actually had a real leader of distinction in the White House; I still think it's been mostly downhill after John Tyler served from 1841 to 1845, with Washington being my favorite president (1789-1797.)
