We need to get mobilized, but we don't need to change the Constitution. We need to enforce it. The current administration has taken a number of unconstitutional actions, for which they have not been held accountable. These actions include perjury on Iraq and the Valorie Plame outing; unconstitutional detentions, surveillance and warrantless searches. These matters should be addressed now, under existing law, through Congressional hearings. Nancy Pelosi, uphold your oath of office!
