How do one set 'intent'?

What is it that i have to let go of, do i simply drop my hands? or do i simply search this energy up and light up?

Intentional breathing towards different parts of the brain is very important as it actually creates a brain and a space on which we can fly and later let this energy flow. Make sense?

Through a reiki attunement of the first and second degree, my mind has found it's place in the here and now. Where as before it used to wonder alot. I too want to go for the master attunement for the feeling of completion.
