Starts off with Kompayak throwin' some mean kicks during pad training. The girls and I are lounging around when Kaew gomes around and shows off the kicks that made him one of the latest Lumpini Stadium Champs. Can you say OUCH? The video does his kicks no justice. The sound echoed off the walls of the camp, you could feel the wind from every kick and we all winced at the thought of being kicked by him (and look at the dent he made on the bag!).
@alastair0987654321 15 year olds would do fine...just make sure you have good conditioning and a hard work ethic

Depends on what camp you go to. you should choose one that has both western and thai fighters. They will teach you as much want if you show them you committed.

how would a fifteen year old fit into one of these camps? this summer i had enough money for three weeks of training and a round trip plane ticket..... but my mom wouuldn't let me go..... can a begginer be taught
