I was really excited because I thought I was just going to go order a Boberg XR9-S. I was unpleasantly surprised when I found there was a long waiting list. This prompted me to try to schmooze the owner to see if I could get one faster. :) I did not work!

I will remain on the waiting list and can't wait to get this little bad pistol!

  • I actually met Arnie and toured the factory after running into one of his friends and hearing about this backwards loading 9mm

I've seen his shop, held the production gun and all I can say is wow

This gentleman is serious about building the best compact pistol he can

If your waiting, there's a reason

    You can't rush perfection

  • @satchboogyfan Cool! I think I am still about a year away from getting my pistol :)

  • @GunWebsites I ain't giving up my Boberg :)

  • @ArtisanTony

i agree, but thats a big reason I have $500 glocks, not Sigs and Kimbers, lol

  • @GunWebsites It is really no different than some SIG or Kimber models that are $900 to $1,000.

  • @tubevideoguy762

I mean the gun might be held as evidence.. and I wouldn't want a $1,000 to be basically lost that way

As a collector, I can see spending the money on a rare pistol, but I wouldn't then 'use' it also

  • @tubevideoguy762 I think the facts of the case would have more bearing. I think what Gunwebsites was saying was that he would not stake his life on a non-proven gun. I have been following these pistols and they have had little bugs but they have worked them out. They have been making them since 2008 so I am not worried about quality.

  • @GunWebsites the amount of money you spend on a gun could be held as "evidence" i am soooo confused how on earth would that ever matter in court if you defended yourself with a $100 gun or a $10k gun

  • @shadowassasin8 Tennessee, why?

  • what state do you live in ?
