I am missing the overall in depth experience and CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES IN REGARD!

RESPONSIBILITIES not only to the clients, but to the people of the workforce!

And........ especially, the take over of TATA INDUSTRIES, about the biggest industrial conglomerate in India

with a billions turn over, could have set out and integrated Global operations in a much more serious manner!

So this is typically a 1% organization taking the work away from Spanish labour forces,in a country that is about hardest hit by the recession. THIS FACT CAN NOT BE USED AGAINST THE SPANISH PRODUCTION PLANTS! A thorough long medium and term strategy could have avoided this!
