  • It would be nice that Hasbro would make the larger scale toys again but i think that they will not do that because Hasbro would not make much money from these kind of toys.

J I Jo isn t the only piece of toy that is a victem of being a small or turning in to a smaller toy.

Take a look at Actionman while you still can see it.

Actionman is getting smaller by the year.

Maybe one day they will bring out a Special J .I or Actionman as a special piece or a .....year of birth, who knows?

  • @GoliathAngelus yep..

  • I share your love for 1:6th scale Joes. I have 7 or 800 figures in my collection now. Never can get enough of my childhood back. I will have a very lucky grandson. He will inherit all my collection. Keep on collecting dude!!

  • That whole puppet show at the start instantly screamed out PEDOPHILE to me. Not saying that this guy is one, but it had that kind of vibe to it.

  • omg :O wath a shit

  • @brianpadraic I can t really say that this is true.

Maybe in the early days but now its all about money.

What i see in stores is that the classic action figures are changing because of making more money.

    Take actionman for example

In the beginning he had clothes ,cars etc...

Hasbro decited to change all that.

The modern 12 inch Actionman has ""painted on clothes""untill some years ago

  • @GoliathAngelus I thought (initially) they made the action figures smaller because of the oil crisis of the '70s. Is that true? That is what I always heard. But they found out by accident that they could create more characters (and more money) but making the action figures smaller.
