@alreadytaken334 No it's not. The answer to your question is in the description. It's in the comments section at least 3 times, and it's probably annotated in the video as well. Also, the video linked as being "a better explanation" has U2' explained in the description and in the comments section at least 5 times. U2' is not the same as U2. It brings you to the same place... but so does walking and riding your bike.

What is the point of OLL? how do you solve the center pieces? Please reply.

The point of the OLL is to Orient the Last Layer. You don't solve the center pieces. Center pieces are always in their solved spots.
