according to the score the composer's name is jean baptiste loeilly (1660-1728). i spelled the name wrong (meaning loeillet), however the birthdate doesn't fit neither to lully nor to loeillet.
leopold godowsky. it's part of a collection of transcriptions from french clavecin music. the collection was published under the title "renaissance". the original piece was written by j.-b. loiellet, not lully. the annotation of the melodya-record with gilels' recording is wrong in so far.

and @pawelstachel: try imslp. it's the international music score library project. there you will find it. the piece is no. 12 of "renaissance".
