Mars Rover Racing game, first test in MP

This is the version that was built in Release mode. Gets around 400 FPS on my desktop
(Core Duo 2,5 GHz, GF 8800 GTS) and around 10-15 FPS on my netbook (Acer Aspire One, Intel Atom 1,6 GHz, integrated 8MB graphics). This will likely drop as I start adding features. FRAPS capped framerates.

Added prediction, ie. extrapolation of remote client's position based on last data (accounting for lag) and interpolation for smoothing out. Fine tuning interpolation parameters is tricky - a balance between smoothness and accuracy.
