I am English, I certainly am not arrogant, I think Percy is a great player and that South Africa were the best team in the RWC, I also think that the English team did very well considering where we were at the start.

as a scot, i agree that england did very well
however i have english friends and even they said that while they wanted to win, it would be terrible for rugby if they did and i can see what they mean: whats the point in being crap for four years if you can win the world cup anyway? its a weakness of the system
