Of course it's run by it's people you silly little person. It's not run by aliens, raccoons, nor is it run by any other form or entity. Read your constitution, and read it properly. If you let a small number of people bend it, or read it wrong, it's your fault. The paper itself is defenceless. The people are responsible for what happens to their country. If you wont accept this responsibility, how do you think your piece of paper will survive? That someone wouldn't go and take what they want?
