My stamp collection part 1

I first collected stamps back in the early 1980's when I was in third grade. The came $2.00 a bag still on paper. I went nuts! Off and on until 7th grade, my allowance and Christmas and Birthday money went to stamps. But, in the 6th grade, tragedy struck! In an attempt to take the stamps out of the old book and put them in a new one, they were destroyed! I had to start over again! This is my second collection, from about 6th to 8th grade. Then, my interests went on to comic books, and the stamps were forgotten. I found them along with my comic books in the attic a few weeks ago. I'll put up the comics as well later.

I have been collecting stamps since I was about 9 years old. Then I drifted away from my collecting but kept them. I have six albums -- for special purposes. I don't care if my stamps are worth thousands of dollars or a dime -- they are not for sale at any price! A collector can check history of individual stamps and they are fascinating to collect!
