mine and milos journey through 2010 started of crap but after a lot of hard work, dedication and perserverance it turned into an amazing year for us.

January & February
he came back into work after all the snow, first time i rode him he was very nappy refused to go up one side of the arena as shown in the vid just generally being a twat had to get of and lead him up the side of the arena then get back on to get him going up it lol.
then he got kicked in the field and was on box rest then he came back into work and let me ride him slightly better haha.

March & April
well since he was jumping really well we decided to try him at a bigger fence to see if he would jump it or not and the result was me eating sand haha hes fine at a certain height but the minuit it goes any bigger hes like NO!
then we had our first show of the year first class we went clear! goes back in for the jumpoff and he decks me at the first fence... 2nd class could feel him a bit hesitant at couple of fences but just pushed on jumpoff we had a stop at first fence i knew i wasn't gonna be on the perfect stride when i came round the corner so i just sorta froze cause of my nerves as i didnt wanna end up on the fence again haha.
3rd class i wasn't sure if he'd jump it for me as it was the biggest class iv enterd on him but i was determined to get double clear... we got double clear & won! our flatwork started to get better, took him to another show.. 80cm class i knew it was gonna be bad the minuit we got in the arena i could feel him tense underneath me.. he was quite sticky but we got round with 8 faults.. 90cm class 4 faults wasn't a pretty round either bit all over the place but got round.. i came to the point of nearly giving up, it just wasn't working.. i didn't feel like we were a team or he his heart was in the showjumping anymore.. and after him playing up at the previous show and his last two shows from the year before i started to doubt that i would be able to turn it all around.. maybe everyone was right he had 'jacked it' and was it really fair to make him do something he didn't want to do?
we decided to have ago at showing which i wanted to do with him when i bought him but i bought him half way through show season and we wern't ready either at the time, we did show hunter & working hunter, he was absolutley fantastic and won the workers!

May & June
took him showjumping schooling and he jumped everything didn't even think about stopping.
i decided to take him to another show it was his last chance.. to decide wether to continue on with showjumping or not.. done some working hunter in the morning he was fab and got placed, now for the showjumping well i wasnt even sure if we'd get round or not i certainly didn't expect him to go in and win the first class and get second in the other!!!
it was like riding a compleatly different horse, went back to the same place month later placed in workers and dc in first class wasnt fast enough for placings but i was taking it real steady as it had been raining and some horses were slipping quite bad, second class dc and 3rd. everything had changed he was a compleatly different horse i felt like were a team and that we had finally clicked!

July & August
took him to a fun show and he wiped the board came home with two 1sts & a 2nd, had a lesson with andrew and he was brill and what he said about him made me realise what a special talented horse he really is!
was ment to go to a couple of shows in august but due to various reasons i couldn't go so just stayed at home and worked on some grids.

September & October:
took him to a rc show begining of september 3ft class just had a pole in jumpoff but was the fastest 4 faulter so came 4th same with the 3ft3 class, then went to another and won 3ft class and had four faults in 3ft3 so was really pleased with him!
had another lesson he was brill again and done our first dressage we got 3rd in the prelim and won the novice!

November & December
put the fence up to top of the wings at home and he jumped it 3 times easily.. he would never have jumped that for me at the start of the year just shows how much we've came on together! first show back indoors and he won 90cm class and done dressage again got 2nd in prelim and 1st in novice
then all the snow came so didn't ride at all in december boohoo.

so yes overall its been a fab year! thankyou to everyone who has supported us through 2010 i do read every video comment!!

2011 has started of amazing for us and i hope it continues to be amazing..

You might not remember me, I used to ride and help out at TF between Sep 2007 to June 2008.You and me never really spoke, but I remember a conversation with your mother now, about riding and determination, after seeing this vid. She told me then, that you would never ride anything that isn't a challenge :) Very true, it seems! I'm really impressed by your riding and your attitude, keep it up, and you and your boys will go far!

i have been watching milos videos ever since jade had him! <3 he is my all time favourate horse on youtube! i dont think anyone compares tbh. there isn't any other like him! he is such a well known horse, who has beauty and elegance, with enough cheekyness and boldness to give him character. you, jade and grace are all very lucky girls to have had a part in his life. you are amazing with him :) xxxxxx

I love this. It's not very often I'll sit and watch all 11 mins of a video, but I couldn't take my eyes off it. you have done so well with him, you can see the difference in him now, he is just so happy and enjoying his work. As cliche as it sounds, from where you said it 'changed' in the video, you two just clicked, and anyone can see what a brilliant pair you are now. You've brought out the best in a talented horse.
