Be sure to also check out the "Artist Series" section on the left for more lessons from James. You may also dig stuff from Doc Coyle (God Forbid), Dave Felton (Mushroomhead), and Kris Norris (Darkest Hour) as well.

I have checked out Kris Norris but am most interested in the arsis songs as they are the main reason I signed up so I was a little dissapointed to find just one rather than the four advertised here, I also cannot seem to find the lesson on practice routines which is advertised in this video either?
