Jacqui Macquisten, the UK's National Octathalon Champion shows just why she is so good at the Octathalon Shoulder Press exercise with this little routine. The weight belt is 5kg and the barbell is 12kg. Men should do at least 20kg. The challenge is to do 5 repetitions of the 1st 3 exercises and 40 reps of the last one - all in under 2 mins.   • Fanatastic - you are amazing Jacqui! Can you tell us more about this pushup record you're going for? Is it max pushups in a certain amount of time, or just max out for one set, or something else?

    Thanks for your continued support. It is really appreciated. I am going for the most number of push ups in 1 minute and 3 minutes. I am also going for the record on a new prototype push up machine which only counts correct push ups. I hope to be doing it in the next few weeks.

  • Great work very impressive! I just did a video doing handstand pushups,they're not easy especially at my weight lol.A great workout though!
