Thx I beat him like that a day after I wrote this. Took me countless times. The first enemy is a bit too strong for a rookie and for the two decks you start with in my opinion. Since then I always use that deck you get and it's pretty strong in my opinion. Most battles were pretty easy with it so far.

You got really lucky and he got really unlucky with the cards dealt. I'm having serious trouble with him, the fucker keeps pulling Spirit barrages out of nowhere, always has lands and I stop getting lands after the 3rd turn. it's sickening how stupidly hard he is on easiest difficulty. I got him to 1 hp but he just pulled out 3 creatures out of nowhere and kicked the living shit out of me.
It's very irritating that he has a much stronger deck every single time.

@PSNChrree I had the same trouble at first. I recomend wielding steel deck for the tap cards. Get as many creatures as you can out as fast as possible. For every attack phase make SURE you will come out better before attacking (You will kill 3 and lose 1 or lose 1 but damage the player.), or just pass. Use flying and enchantments on one card because he doesnt have reach so u can keep picking him off each attack phase.

I don't understand how to win this. The computer always gets stronger monsters, uses magic to kill every stronger monster and equipment I use at once and so on and I'm playing on the easiest difficulty. I also always run out of cards, get only mana and no monsters and most of the times I don't get any stong creatures at all. What am I doing wrong? I tried dozens of times already and I'm sure I understand the rules.

the only thing i don't like about these new mtg games is i really miss the old "rpg" mode in the original duels of the planeswalker. too much fun, i STILL play that game. better deck customization would be nice too =/

With all due respect, but this game is rubbish. I remember old Magic the gathering from 90's. In old game You could at least make yourself deck however you want it. Now you don't even have choice how many land you put in deck - computer put them for you. And number of cardas is ridi... I get bored after 2 day's of playing. RUBBISH!

I think the blue started deck is a great counter to this. I tried it out, and it's fantastic. It has counterspells, counter creature spells, the ability to return creatures to their hand and all sorts of cards that help you respond to what you're opponent is actually doing. The white deck that Force played has none of this stuff, so when something happens that is totally undesirable, you can't do anything about it.
