ok since nobody else wanna tell you....no they are just making fun of Lil Wayne....its a promotion thing...ya kno how you hear tracks that are subpar on the radio all day...but they considered hot cuz a hot artist is on it....oddly enuff though im POSITIVE that if Lil Wayne DID get on this track itd be a chart topper...jus the way things are..

I just wanted to meet the artist behind this track. See, I got these people who are tryna make it in Arkansas and I got plans to produce them when I graduate REC. arts school.
