@3tangle3 WHOA there you moron! I haven't at ALL said that Wales has no culture! What I have SAID is that this fucked up idea that the Welsh and Cornish are the true British is BULLSHIT and if you believe it then I'm surprised you're intelligent enough to work a computer. English people are just the same under the skin as the Welsh, they just came under greater degrees of foreign control from the 5th century onwards. Ancient British history is every bit their as it is the Welsh's.

@3tangle3 Yes, & the English are Anglo-Saxons, who wiped out the Celts and blah blah & other bollox. The original Britons' culture survives in the occasional place name and custom, but we are unsure which. Celtic culture and language arrived about 2,500 years ago & how much the original culture was altered is unknown. Roman influence was huge & drastically changed the language. Then came Germanic culture, then Norman. Today's Britain grew out of Britain, it doesn't matter from which ingredients.

Little Britain in Latin is what we know as Brittany (still speaks a brythonic language)
