Aussies love to eat prawns at anytime because we have an abundance of wonderful fresh seafood available. But at Christmas time they are an almost mandatory item at Christmas lunch. Only problem is, most people don't know how to peel them properly. I'll show you how to peel a prawn in 3 easy steps.

It's also worth noting that if the (cooked) prawn meat doesn't slide off easily when you press the tail part, it means that the prawn isn't fresh.
