Universal Accounting is NOT QuickBooks. UA is a training facility that teaches people how to use QuickBooks. If the QB 2010 software doesn't load, that is not a reflection of Universal Accounting. The problem is either with QuickBooks or your computer.

varun765 - are you greater than thou? duhh? This was rude and not necessary.
tdanfonua - I really am not stupid as you folks would like to pretent so that you can be superior to me. I have done this for years and never had an issue. This year quickbooks wanted their support group to make some money. I loaded (by first reading the directions and checking the requirements) the software and it worked all day the first day. Got all of the old files loaded then it pooped

QUICKBOOKS 2010 SUCKS - I loaded on Monday and it would not open on Tuesday. Support said I had to purchase support for them to "fix" my problem. Sounds like a scam to me.
