If we claim to know YHVH, the only wise God, then He has made it plain through His Word, by His prophets, that we are not to learn the ways of the heathen. It's a slippery slope when we think we can justify our actions by our standards. The only true benchmark is the one YHVH has set. We are not to add to or take away from it.

We don't know when Christ was born but traditionally this is the season when Christians remember and celebrate the arrival of the greatest gift ever offered. Evidently to others it means other things. To others it may mean something else or nothing at all. Nobody but you has the power of making anything pagan... or christian, or anything else ;-)
